Our students enjoy no registration or annual fees. Our tuition program is a month-to- month commitment.
Tuition is due on the last class of the month in order to reserve your time slot for the coming month.
Your tuition amount is calculated based on the number of weeks in the month, with a once a week minimum attendance.
We request that if you wish to discontinue your lessons for any reason, you provide a month advance notice.
All service and merchandise sales are final. The forms of payment we accept are Cash, Check or Pay Pal.
There are no refunds.
Cancellation & Make-up Policy
Please contact your teacher directly if you are unable to attend your class.
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all lessons in order to be eligible for a make-up lesson.
This will be provided based on teacher availability and cannot be credited towards the next month’s tuition.
Make-up lessons do not expire provided you are currently enrolled as a Music Castle student.
If your teacher becomes unavailable for any reason a qualified professional substitute will be provided.
